I like this product, I feel like it helps some but does not do it all on it's own. I do like the convenience of the packets and being able to travel with them instead of taking a whole bottle of purple shampoo. However, I only use these at home in addition to purple shampoo. I have super thick hair so I usually use two packets, put them in a bowl and add water until it is a liquid type paste. It doesn't move around very well so I try to focus it on the parts of my hair that are retaining a lot of brass at that moment. After letting this sit for a few minutes, I follow up with purple shampoo. I feel like these do help, but are not nearly strong enough / user friendly enough to only use these. The three stars if for their travel ability and just the fact that they are a nice addition to my routine. I would not repurchase these unless I am going on a trip and do not want to take a huge bottle of purple shampoo with me.
