I use this once every few weeks because it is powerful. My skin does tingle when it goes on and you do need to let it dry before going to bed, but you wake up with a new texture overall.

Drunk Elephant has a lot of products to choose from, this being a stand-out option. I purchased this years ago when it first came out at Sephora, and I’ve been using it since. It lives up to the “baby facial” name because it does exfoliate dead skin, and leave your face smooth like a baby’s bottom! If you’re dealing with dry patches, hyperpigmentation, dullness, texture issues or just looking for smooth, glowy skin, this product is one you could definitely benefit from. I do recommend starting slow and only using once a month if you have sensitive skin, because this stuff is powerful. Once you’ve built up a tolerance, you could use it a couple times a month for salon results at home. The price point seems high at first, but you get a lot of product as it doesn’t take much, and should be used sparingly. You don’t want excess product that’s oxidized on your skin! I’ve recently added their C Luma serum to my DE collection, and look forward to hopefully trying some more of their products and giving feedback in the future!

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin so I’m normally overly cautious with chemical exfoliation. In the past chemical grade exfoliants and other products like the ordinary have really irritated my skin and cause more harm than good. I was honestly nervous to try this product but I’ve been in the market for a good exfoliation product. To my surprise this has been amazing for my skin! I’ve been using about every 10 days for around 3 months and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my dry patches and uneven skin texture. It leaves my skin soft with out stripping it or leaving it super sensitive like other peels.
