Drunk Elephant Lippe
- "I'm actually shocked to read any bad reviews about this product. I had a few other DE products so figured I would buy their lip balm. I love it! I like that it is wider so I don't have to go back and forth over my lips several times making sure I covered all the areas (and I don't have nice full lips lol). My lips don't dry out at all like I've read from other reviewers either. So far I love all of Drunk Elephant's line (especially their soaps) and I wish I could buy them all. They are pricey but I do think they are worth it." in 46 reviews
- "I love this lip balm. So moisturizing and full of great ingredients to protect and plump my perpetually dry lips. Have already gone through one of these and have orders more. I swear it has made my lips fuller too!!! Amazing. Love all of drunk elephants products. " in 33 reviews
First of all, I absolutely LOVE Drunk Elephant as a brand. I think all of their skincare products are fantastic. Pricy, but I’m one of those people willing to spend money for good, healthy skin. This lip balm was no disappointment. It’s so cute and compact and perfect for keeping in my desk drawer at work. I apply this all throughout the day and find that it keeps my lips constantly moisturized without making them sticky or goopy. This is not heavy at all and sinks into your lips super fast. It doesn’t have much of a scent which is nice too. Overall, I absolutely love this lip balm.
I just love drunk elephant products they are so amazing. Not only they use great ingredients they avoid using any unnecessary ingredients like fragrance alcohol etc which can harm your skin especially for my acne prone sensitive skin it's really important that I use products which do not irritate my skin. DE Lippie is another of their amazing products and I carry it all the time in my bag. It has made my lips really soft and smooth. I don't think I can go back and buy any other lip balm after using this.
I've tried quite a few DE products so far (with positive results) and as a total lip balm junkie I was so excited to use this! Unfortunately, this was a disappointment. The balm itself is average, maybe a little better than average - it is smooth and feels good on the lips, goes on with no tugging or effort, and really doesn't have much taste/scent at all. However, it also doesn't last that long: it doesn't last overnight, and even during the day I am constantly reapplying, even if I haven't been drinking/eating. I also don't feel the packaging is as sturdy as many balms. Overall, it's pretty ho hum, but when you consider the price it is a total fail. If you're looking for a better balm at this price point, I'd suggest Bite Beauty's agave balm.
It is so soft and moisturizing I love how silky my lips feel I use this everyday to keep my lips hydrated and soft this is a great product and is well worth the money There products are good qaulity can be a little pricey but it definitely does make my lips so soft if you don't mind paying a little extra thay have great products
I am SO impressed with this lip balm! I have chronically chapped lips and have basically tried every drugstore and high-end balm under the sun. Seeing the good reviews for this product, I decided to give Drunk Elephant a shot. In just two short days (applying the balm in the morning and at night, that's it) this product managed to HEAL my cracked, peeling, flaky lips! It really seems to absorb INTO your lips instead of just sitting on top of them. I also love that it doesn't have a distinctive taste or smell! Overall, I highly recommend this balm if you're struggling to restore moisture to extremely dry lips.
For the price, this is a small product. I like the feeling of it applied. But I prefer the Laneige sleeping mask one over this. I feel like that has more than enough product to use as a daily lip balm as well as a sleep mask. This one I think would need to repurchase more often than Laneige’s.
This is a really great lip moisturizer although it runs out quick for its price. It is great to wear under lipstick if you have dry lips and you don't have to keep re-applying since it gets the job done. What I especially love is that if you run out of eye cream, you can swipe this under your eyes as well!
I love Drunk Elephant as a brand. I feel like they are marketing directly to me. But most of their products just don’t work for me (but my fingers are crossed for that new moisturizer in the turquoise tub!!). EXCEPT LIPPE. Granted, it is hard to mess up a lip balm. Every $20 lip balm I’ve tried has been amazing, because it’s $20. FOR LIP BALM. But this one is really special. I don’t even know what it is. It doesn’t SEEM special. But when you put it on and then drink a bunch of water and can still feel it on your lips an hour later, or when you go to bed with lizard lips and wake up with soft plump baby lips, you will see.

Very nice product . Very hydrating and moisturizing. Cute packaging perfect size. No heavy fragrance . It feels like it’s working the moment you put it on . Granted my lips are parched but you know what I mean . One swipe calms the the Desert of dry lips .
I love my Drunk Elephant Lippe! It's very moisturizing. After I use it my lips look and feel softer and fuller. Before I started using the Drunk Elephant Lippe my lips were very rough and dry and now they are baby soft and in a much better condition.
