Product Description

Relieve your pain quickly and effectively with the professional strength, drug-free treatment of the unique PainAway wireless TENS unit from Drive Medical. TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and is an excellent therapy for acute and chronic nerve-related pain. The PainAway works by sending stimulating pulses across the surface of the skin and along nerve strands to prevent pain signals from even reaching the brain. The PainAway also helps relieve pain by stimulating production of endorphins, your body's own natural painkillers. The PainAway's wireless design makes it ideal for use on most areas of the body. Plus, the PainAway's dual channel system delivers twice the relieving power as conventional TENS units with its constant current of up to 60 milliamps. The unit includes a convenient remote control, two receivers and long-lasting reusable pads. And you'll never need to buy batteries, as the PainAway is fully rechargeable. I have been in extreme pain for quite a few years. I was one of the first ones that used the very first TENS unit that came out. Mine finally gave up and I'm looking for a new one. This one intrigues me because it says it's wireless and has a remote. Very up-to-date compared to what mine was. It does not get me completely out of pain. Still have to have pain medicine along with the TENS unit. I just do not have to take as much. You put the TENS unit between the pain and your brain. The electric pulse interrupts the pain receptors. It's really tricking your brain to not feel the pain. I wish there was a voxbox for those who are in pain. This is an item that definitely should be in it. This one I would love to use.
