I believe I have found the holy grail of hydration packets. As a nurse working in a busy Er and an avid runner, I frequently add these to my water to ensure proper hydration. The packets are low in sugar, tastes great, and mixes well. Each individual packet is small enough to fit in your shorts pocket for a just in case thirst moment. It is also easily portable, fitting in a small work bag without compromising space. The instructions are easy to read and simple to follow, open, pour in your water, give it a quick shake and drink! I never feel thirsty after drinking onw of these even during those 12 hour shifts where I barely have time to grab a water bottle. If you like a lower sugar recovery drink, you have found it.

I absolutely love dripdrop! These flavors are so good. They definitely help with hydration. I also drink them when I’m having a adult drink lol. They help alooootttt!!
