I had no idea Dress Barn closed or retail stores. I ordered a dress in October. It was over $100. I received it and decided it didn’t work so I went website. You can only talk to someone through messenger or receive an email anyway I went through all that sent the dress back. I bought the dress in October 22 and returned it November 14 and still haven’t received my money back as well as now they have the dress also and yes they are still selling the dress. I’ve contacted them the end of November and December January, and today February 22.. I wish I would’ve read the reviews and knew at the time they close their retail stores I wouldn’t have ordered from them. They are cheap fraudulent company from China. Reading all these reviews on consumer report as well as every other website they don’t have a class action suit against them.
