get motion sickness just about every time I'm on a boat for more than 20 minutes... I usually use Bonine, which seems to work well without much drowsiness, but decided to try this product. Wow, this stuff is like Ambien, Lunesta and Sominex all rolled into one... it knocked me out. No, I wasn't sea sick, but I also wasn't awake most of the trip, even drinking diet cokes to try to stay awake. The dizziness that I usually experience was non existent so the product does work well.
I have suffered from motion sickness all of my life. When I was a child I literally kept a bucket in everyone's car. :(... Fast forward to adulthood and it hasn't gotten any better. We cruise a lot, and I never leave home without this. We also offroad a lot. This can be very jerky, and bad for motion sickness I keep this with us at all times when offroading. I would highly recommend this to anyone with motion sickness. It has saved my many times throughout my life.
I recently bought this because we were going on a road trip and I always get car sick! I was a little worried about taking them because I heard mixed things but they worked like a charm for me! I had tried the sea bands before and they weren't as much as a help as Dramamine was. Now for any road trips I take them a little bit before we leave!
I personally have not used this product but my cousin who does have motion sickness issues uses these every time we travel somewhere and it helps her alot. Whenever she doenst take them or forgets them she gets sick so they come in handy if you aren't trying to throw up alongside the road or in a persons car. They are small tablets so they are easy to take.
Dramamine Motion Sickness Relief works like magic for me. Growing up I have developed the work motion sickness. I even get motion sickness while driving my own vehicle! I discovered Dramamine in the airport because I was searching for something to help with nausea for the flight. The pill helped calm my stomach and gave me a relaxing flight.
I get motion sickness very easily and i didn't know there was medicine for it. so, when i found out about these I was a bit skeptical to try these out because they were drowsy but i was willing to try it out. I was surprised and relieved that i actually loved them cuz the meds didn't get me drowsy at all but it prevented motion sickness.
I used this product going on my first cruise because I got sick before the ship even left the dock. We were doing safety training and as soon as the ship started rocking back and forth I got the sick feeling. I took Dramamine and started feeling better right away. I will bring this with me anytime I get out on the water because it works.
Dramamine is a must-have for me, whenever I know I'm going to be traveling by boat and there's a chance of choppy waters. I don't always end up using it, but having it as a backup plan gives me tremendous peace of mind to know that I have what I need to help reduce seasickness. It doesn't completely eliminate symptoms for me, but it definitely does make them significantly more manageable.
I always have this on hand when I travel. It is a lifesaver. I have used it on a boat trip excursion swimming with the sharks and I was the only one that didn't get seasick. Everyone else ended up throwing up, beside my husband that doesn't get motion sick. It has saved me on many occasions and will help alleviate any nausea as well.
I really like this stuff. I used it when I was pregnant because there wasn't anything else I could take for a 2000 mile car trip at 3 months pregnant and in the middle of some narly morning sickness. It worked great for me and I recommend it to any women I know that are traveling and are pregnant. (I always recommend they check with their doctor first to make sure before they take it.) It's way cheaper and more effective than Seabands in my opinion.
