I have hormonal acne which is what Dr. Zenovia's peroxide cleanser helps with. The instructions tell you how to carefully use it. Do not ignore them, because this is so strong. It does help with acne, but you have to keep in mind the exponential effect of all products you use. When my acne is at its worse, I can use it. At most, I can use it 2 days a week. After that, I would get really red. I tried using it more since I liked the reults. They have an aloe moisturizer that pairs really well to calm my skin down. They also have a spot medication, that for me, I can't use with this face wash or I turn red. I have to choose one or the other.

For me this face wash is the difference between having clear skin or a chin loaded with hormonal acne. I’ve tried so many things, from full regmiens to custom ones, to treatments, to just keeping it simple. Nothing gives results like this product. It clears existing breakouts and prevents new ones, without drying your skin out or making my eczema flare. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone in need of a serious solution to cystic acne.

OMG, I’ve been using this for three years, and I really wish I would’ve found it even sooner than that! This is my holy grail skin cleanser. I had bad acne for a while, and then I started using this and it has cleared up my skin so much more than I ever thought possible. My skin is on the dryer side and this cleanser does not dry out my skin!!! I absolutely love this face wash and I swear by it!
