Ok, the color of this in your bath is totally gross, but the claims about stopping a cold in its tracks are for real. Anytime I feel under the weather, I take a soak and sweat my face off and then wake up feeling like a new person. I have tried it with the Japanese bathing technique where you keep your upper body out of the water and soak for more like 40 minutes and the effects were even more intense. At this price, it should be in every person's bathroom. It's magical.

This stuff is amazing. Add it to a hot bath and soak for at least 10 minutes. It helps you detox and sooth sore muscles and joints. The only thing I don't like about this is that you need to take a quick cold shower after your hot bath to "stop" the detox sweating. But it is TOTALLY worth it.

Although I'm not crazy about the smell, I swear by these salts if you're starting to get sick. You take a hot bath in them and feel better in a few hours. Amazing!

It looks and smell okay. But you will freak when your using it! It is really good though and you should try it. I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to try it. It is an okay price for it, have not found anything better that does what is suppose to do.
