Make sure to constantly stir the way the directions tell you to. It only takes a few minutes to cook but if you stop stirring the filling will burn very easily leaving brown bits in the curd which isn't the best. Some always burns a little in the bottom for me but no worries since there is more than enough to fill the pie and I just leave that part out.
This makes a great desert in no time at all. Jut make sure to leave enough time for it to cool before serving (approx. 3hrs).
