Dr jart is a brand thats just up there tbh, everything ive tried has been effective to what it says and this product is no less than that. On my 3rd one

I have never gotten to use this product before but i have heard from others it works very well. I have very dark under eyes and hopefully if i ever use it, it would help with that. Dr Jart is also an amazing brand id use his products any day.
