Absolutely love this product! Sweetened with stevia and has a lot of potassium. I started noticing activity in my extremities after the first glass. Love!

I've been using Dr Berg's electrolyte powder for several months now and find it to be very hydrating. It also has a very high potassium content, which is somewhat rare for an electrolyte powder. It is also fairly cost-effective and to have an electrolyte powder with no maltodextrin I think is also very important.

I like that this stuff comes with a lot of minerals and helped me stay hydrated during 2+ hour workouts and that I could get a big-sized tub at a discount. The flavor is not as good as other electrolyte powders. I would say this one is a little too strong. Probably too much stevia. I also don't want to support Dr Berg anymore, considering he's not a medical doctor and his son outed him as a quack doctor who just googles stuff before doing a youtube video on a subject. And apparently he's also a scientologist. But this was great while it lasted.
