When I first got it in the bag waiting to get a pillow case, my kitty had loved it. Plus I had it near my bed but finally got pillow case and started to use it. I love it at first. Feather pillows are the best rather you have to fluff them or not but I do have to say that they could had added enough feathers to make it actually comfortable after only a months use at that too. If not then my suggestion would be to do where there’s a zipper on side and selling decent sized packages.

It’s okay. It’s not super firm, which I generally prefer as. Side sleeper. My husband has been using it on our couch and he said it’s comfortable for him.
