It was alright, but definitely not my favourite. I prefer shakes but I’ll reach for a bar when in a pinch. I might get this one again, but it’s not my first choice.

These bars have great ingredients and the flavour is pretty good too! They give me a lot of energy and seem to help speed recovery as well. I am a fan of the brand Vega - they seem to really care about their customers and products.
