I love doterra oils, they are one of the best out there. Pure therapeutic grade quality! It is a lot more expensive than other brands but you get what you pay for. Very good scent strength and I use this in my diffuser to help soothe anxiety and I also use it around my temples or on my pillow for an added calming sensation before bedtime!
