So cooling and soothing for muscle aches and pains. Very very strong, so important it does not get rubbed on face or eyes. Helps alleviate back pain and have been using on my partner’s calf injury.

I loooove this rub!! I was introduced to it by my mother-in-law who used to be a rep for the brand. She swore by it and said she would use it to soothe any muscle that was sore. I have used other brands that would claim to soothe sore muscles and they were always subpar, so I wasn’t expecting much out of this rub. Now I carry one with me in my work bag and I have one at home. I’ve also introduced it to family/friends. I took one star off because of the price tag. It is steeeeep and makes you want to pass it up, but the soothing results are basically instant once you work it into the skin and a little goes a long way.

I love this rub! It feels so good on the skin and soothes muscles when used consistently! I love this natural alternative to the typical icy hot rubs
