This hair lotion help keeps my dry hair moisturize. It provides to strength to my hair and gives it life, so I can retain length after taking my 12 braids out of my hair within 2 or 3 weeks. I use it as a cream to seal in the moisture. I have to say it does reduce breakage because my hair feels stronger, softer, and well detangled after using it on wash days. It has very thick creamy consistency and smells fruity. Lastly, I like how it has avocado oil and shea butter in the ingredients.
