These disposable cutting boards are good for cutting stuff like carrots on, but I wouldn't recommend them for anything that is heavy or that has a lot of juice. Their design is simple and they have a slight lip around the edge.

I thought these would be good for cutting chicken but the juices went everywhere. There was no lip around the edges and raw chicken got all over. It saved me from washing the cutting board but I had to mop the floors instead.
