These are great nursing pads. They are large enough to accommodate big boobs and have a cute heart shape pattern on them. They are soft and absorbent and also have an adhesive strip to keep the pad in place within your bra. The one negative was that the adhesive strip was too thin and when I would pull down my bra to nurse, the pad would scrunch up and the adhesive wouldn't stay in place. If the was a bigger adhesive backing in these pads that would have been excellent!
