These don't stick well. It would have been better if the sticky suff was all over, however, I bought some medical sticking tape and secure it with that at the ends, then it stays in place. It s good when the pain is at the base of the neck and where the shoulder meets the neck, but not when the pain is up the top of the neck. I have only just got my husband to put it on 1 hour ago, as my shoulders are very painful and I couldn't put it on, so I will get back here this evening to tell how it has helpedmy pain.
