Would it not be better just to buy the whole pizza and cut it in strips if you want?

No. This is in strips and it seems easier for smaller hands. My 5 and 7 year old prefer the strips it seems. Word to the wise though, they tend to be saucy even BEFORE the marinara dipping sauce.

I think it's easier to cut these than to cut a whole pizza, and it takes a lot less time to cut which is good when you have a kid screaming because he doesn't want to wait to eat.

No because this is square. Great for the lil ones.

I think it's great for "little fingers" to hold. My kid love the dipping strips because they are small enough for their little hands while still big enough to fill them up.

That is one way to go about it. This would be more for those that have an impromptu get together. I usually have friends and family over several times a week. It is nice to be able to just pop this in the oven and catch up with people while it bakes. Once it is done no need to cut it is already created to ensure everyone is able to get even shares of this snack.
