So I’ve been taking these for a while. I don’t take it as recommended on the jar. Just with a meal when I ABSOLUTELY need it. Most times when I need is when I’m feeling over full and bloated. I take one of these and this helps digest the food faster and makes me feel a lot lighter quicker than having to weight hours. The only thing is it does say helps reduce gas on the bottle. I’ve noticed it doesn’t help reduce the gas for me as well as a friend who’s also tried this. However it does help with the indigestion

I've been taking these religiously every day. Really helped me relief digestive issues and bloating. I also have gallbladder issues, which got mostly solved using this. Totally worth it, cannot live without them

I struggle with food sensitivity which in turn leads to painful bloating. I was recommended to take a digestive enzyme by a naturopath if I know I am going to be eating the problematic foods. These have been an absolute god send. I take 1 daily and then another if I know I am going to be eating the problematic foods and it significantly reduces the pain and bloating. You can always find them for a reasonable price!
