I don't recommend weight loss pills or anything like it. If you're looking to lose weight and keep it of, go for all natural supplements. The only reason we have fat on our bodies is to protect the rest of out bodies from toxins. More toxins = the more fat you have on your body. Weight loss pills take away the fat but not the toxins, so the fat will come back unless you are actively exercising and eating healthy to lose the toxins. If you use natural supplements, it will help get rid of toxins, therefore losing weight. Of course exercising while taking them will speed up the weight loss because ass you work out and sweat and eat healthier, or healthier amounts, you are losing toxins then too.
