I didn’t know a holy grail salt could be a thing but it’s Diamond Crystal for sure. It’s less salty and so it makes it easier to season with over doing it. I use it for everything I cook or bake and it’s the best. Sometimes hard to find though.
This salt is a must for serious cooks. I trained at the Le Cordon Bleu and this was in every test kitchen back in the day. Course grain is perfect for seasoning meats yet it dissolves quickly for other recipes.
