I’ve yet to meet a cleansing oil that I don’t like! This is a good option for travel as it’s a smaller bottle and doesn’t seem to leak! I apply it and let it “soak in” and then wash off—it takes off every bit of make up and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated!

DHC Cleansing Oil is a great cleansing oil that is safe for acne-prone skin yet effectively removes makeup including waterproof mascara. I love that it doesn’t strip away the skin’s barrier or leave any residue. Instead this leaves skin soft and moisturized. This also has minimal ingredients and has a scent but not overpowering. In fact, it smells quite pleasant and natural, similar to olive oil. However, a few times while cleansing my face, this went into my eye and it leaves the eyes feeling as though there’s film on it for a bit until you wash it off so just be weary when applying. But other than that, this is such an effective yet gentle cleansing oil, perfect for double cleansing, safe on acne prone skin and remove stubborn waterproof mascara without stripping the skin’s barrier or making it feel tight and dry. I highly recommend!

Not sure why I ever change to other products. This one is what I always wind up going back to. I have such sensitive skin yet wide pores. This seems to be the only one that works to both remove makeup and deep clean my pores.
