There are only 6 nutrients that are less than 100% of the daily value for each pregnant women and only 3 for non-pregnant women. This prenatal includes Iron and I have never had any stomach issues after taking the pill. I’ve even taken it on an empty stomach. The pill is a bit large but I’m able to swallow it with a gulp of water. This is the most well rounded vegan prenatal that I have come across. I purchase mine from Amazon and it is sold at a very budget friendly price.

I searched this item out because I was looking for a prenatal that didn't have Gelatin listed in their ingredients and found this by chance. I wasn't sure if I noticed a difference at first, but I will say that once I ran out, I noticed a difference in my energy not taking them every day. No vitamin is perfect. The flaw is that they are big and not soft coated like some other vitamins I have taken in the past.
