I will never purchase from this company again! I literally had to chase down a refund for over a month. Very frustrating and it doesn’t make a purchase and having to return feel secure

Customer Service is useless. I purchased several hundred dollars of products from this company. I’ve had issues with an $80 moisturizer I ordered. I’ve been to their website many times to try and get help. Their “Message” way took me all day to get any reply and they kept asking for my name, billing address, etc. I gave it to them several times, and I was already signed into my account. I also used their online support function, and the lady kept asking me the same questions: name, billing address etc. I did receive an email from her after which asked me for information about my order and the product I was having issues with.. I’ve wasted so much time on this problem and will never return to this company for skincare products again! I have a credit card dispute for the price of the moisturizer.

Dermstore is the best skin care company I’ve ever used. They have super luxe options to middle of the road options but absolutely no bad options. They also have way more 20% sales than Sephora for better products. Obagi, without a MD. Check it out!
