Potent and effective, this night serum yields results. I have somewhat sensitive skin and I didn’t suffer any issues or problems while using regularly (I aimed for a couple times per week). It goes on slick but after absorbing I wasn’t left with too sticky of a residue or feeling like I had crud on my face. The scent was medicinal to my nose and though not what I’d say is my favorite smell, wasn’t awful or overpowering. I loved knowing this utilized potent acids overnight to really enter the skin and have easy to see changes in my overall facial skin health. It’s definitely a little pricey, at least for my normal use, but it really seemed to be worth it. I’d like to utilize in my regular routine whenever possible going forward.

Potent powerful stuff! It packs the punch and offers great results. It sort of stings when you put it on but it makes it feel like it’s working if that makes sense. This definitely reduces fine lines and leaves your face brighter in the am. I can only use this 2-3 times per week but that’s enough! Great product. Will order again!

Dermelect Self Esteem Beauty Sleep Serum - a gentle overnight serum that revitalizes dull skin and improves appearance of fine lines, wrinkles & large pores. It is formulated with Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid & L-Ascorbic Acid, great for age spots and uneven skin tone. It has a lightweight texture that absorbs after a few minutes, it does feel a bit tacky. It has an odd scent that I don't care for.

This product stinks really bad. I personally think it smells like celery, and that is not a scent I care too much for. Since using it, I honestly have not noticed any changes in my skin. The only thing I have noticed is that it makes my face look really shiny. It also tingles a little bit when I apply it. Honestly, I would not purchase this again. I thought I would like it since I have used other products from Dermelect Cosmeceuticals, but that just isn't the case here.

I have combination skin that gets dull in the wintertime, and brightening my complexion is one of my key goals. I read some reviews before deciding to test this item and see what all the rave was about. It's a bit spendy - around $45, so I really hoped it would live up to its reputation for brightening and moisturizing. I've been using this product for about a week now, applying at night, after washing my face. It's a thick gel-like consistency, which makes it easy to apply. I hate applying serums that immediately run off my face, and this one doesn't do that. I saw immediate results, and my skin feels very smooth and glowy after using it. It feels very much like a high end product, well formulated and effective. One of my mottos is "I don't know means no," and for me, this serum is a YES. If you tend towards a dull, uneven complexion in the wintertime like me, I would recommend this product. I am giving it the official ♍️ stamp of approval. This serum is lightweight & it smells like sweet liquor. I felt a tingling sensation for a few seconds when I first used it, but no other bad reactions. I'm loving the result from this serum. My skin looks glowy & my pores somehow look smaller the next morning. This serum definitely refines my skin. I use Vitamin C & Glycolic Acid products, but I never used Salicylic Acid products before. I'm wondering if that is the reason why I see the difference almost immediately. My skin type is normal-dry. I use it once a week at night. Double cleanse, towel dry, then apply this serum. Wait for 30+ minutes & apply moisturizer.

Dermelect is a great skincare brand. Specifically the crease concentrate is amazing. It leaves your skin feeling like velvet & looking gorgeous.
