I use this at night during my cycle every month and I swear by them. I notice it keeps everything in including any smells and they fit tightly around the spots you need most.

My reason for using these disposable underwear are not for the purpose of they are intended so I can’t necessarily speak on it’s benefits in that aspect. However, I use them for my heavy flow days and nights and these work perfectly. I feel complete security when wearing these. Accidents are nonexistent. They control odor and come in a variety of of sizes. If they can handle monthly stains they can definitely handle those with leaky bladders. Great product.
