I’ve tried using this for a few things, such as making beef jerky or freeze, drying certain fruits, like strawberries and kiwis and orange slices along with lemon slices too, but I think it works works best for fruits rather than actual red meat because the wait time is so much shorter and it feels like the beef jerky that I attempted to make is less hard. I could be using it wrong however, I’m not sure if this is the best option for making beef jerky.
