Deborah Lippmann is the go-to celebrity manicurist for the most fashionable magazines and renowned fashion houses from Vogue, InStyle, W, Vanity Fair and Elle to Donna Karan, Rodarte, Narciso Rodriguez, Marchesa and Versace to name a few. After years of experience in the industry, her eponymous line of lacquers and treatments for nails, hands and feet is as coveted as her incredible talent.
Deborah’s success as one of the most sought-after manicurists in the world, as well as an innovative entrepreneur, has an interesting origin in her passion for and pursuit of music. Her first love was music, and with dreams of becoming a jazz singer, Deborah belted out sultry tunes in smoky clubs by night while working various jobs by day. Eventually, Deborah enrolled in cosmetology school where she discovered a hidden talent and her second love – nails.
Working closely with some of the biggest names among celebrities, editors, fashion designers and models, Deborah quickly identified the need for a diverse range of nail colors and luxury care products, which was missing in the market. It was at that moment that Deborah set out to create her own line of high-quality nail lacquers and treatments with her unique fashion point of view.see more...

- "It was hard to get an even coat -- it was either too thin or way too thick and did not dry well, even with Seche Vite top coat." in 9 reviews
I received this product in my spring #Fabfitfun box. I colors I tried were #likeavirgin and #shapeofmyheart. The colors are a pretty pastel set that goes well will any spring outfit and make up. The bottle is classic and small, which is great because I don't think I have ever used a regular size bottle up before it got all sticky. The polish went on smooth, but it did take 4 coats to actually get the color to show.

I received a gift set of these nail polishes as a present and I think the person bought them on either HSN or QVC I can't remember which. The quality is much better that what you find at the drugstore. The nail lacquer is creamy and slightly thicker. With a base coat this polish didn't chip during two weeks. I was impressed.
I love the packaging and the beautiful bottle. My favorite colors are flowers in her hair and can’t be tamed. The first is a gorgeous pastel robins egg blue that has a touch of mint, and the latter is a bronze-gold full coverage glitter that is one of my favorite glitter nail polishes of all time. The colors last long without chipping when used with a good topcoat. Deborah Lippmann Calypso Nail Lacquer Duet Flowers In Her Hair/Mermaid's Dream 2 x 0.27 oz
This is after 5 coats of Deborah Lippmann like a virgin nail polish. I need about 2 to 3 more coats to achieve the look I get with just 2 coats. So a total of 7 to 8 coats for a normal look. I ended up throwing out the nail polish. It's expensive as hell $19 for 2, but definitely not worth the price tag. Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish
Nice quality but the price point is just too high so I can't justify the purchase. I would equate this produce to Essie Nail polish. As with Essie I apply 2-3 coats and the a topcoat (CND product) and I get 3-4 "good" days without chipping, then one "ugly" day and I remove it. I would say it was super easy to remove which is a big plus. (I received this in FabFitFun Spring 2017 Box)
This polish is perfect! Free of all the bad toxic chemicals, and if you're looking for a natural look try the colors: 'shape of my heart' & 'like a virgin'. They are the perfect pale pink and white! I use 2 light tops and you can still see your nail, it's like giving your nails a boost

I'm not normally a color on my nails type of gal, and if I do...it's very nude or a blush type pink. I got this nail polish and was kinda apprehensive about the color. First off, if you've never tried DL nail polish, you need to immediately. The colors go on beautifully and it dries so well. This blue orchid is so beautiful and looks gorgeous on! You need this in your life.

I received a duo of the shades shape of my heart and like a virgin from my Spring Fabfitfun box and I was very disappointed. The colors are light and I needed 3-5 coats of polish for the pigmentation to show. It also chipped fairly quickly. I wouldn't buy this nail polish again.

Really liked this color and how it looks on, however...I wasn't impressed with the color payoff. It took me 4-5 coats for it to stop being so sheer. Other than that, I liked it a lot! The polish dries pretty quickly and hasn't chipped through me washing dishes and doing chores!

This is, by far, the BEST cruelty free nail polish line on the market. I got a mini bottle, which is not all that mini, at Sephora, as well as the polish remover. The color goes on thin. By the second coat you have a solid base. It wears like a gel manicure. One day no chipping so far
