This pasta tastes so much better than a previous one I was eating. What I love about this is the fact that it’s bronze cut giving it a rough, textured surface. The textured surface allows the pasta to cling to sauces so much better than pasta that’s smooth. What a different that makes! Also, this no.12 spaghetti variety cooks Al dente at 10 minutes. It has a “full bite” I noticed making this seem like it’s heartier to eat. I’ve also tried their pappardelle pasta which is excellent. This is an excellent, widely available brand.

De Cecco is the best dried pasta in my opinion. Wouldn’t buy anything else now! My Italian family also buy this in Italy
