If you go to change something And you don't have your receive You loss I took two pajamas Did not fit my mom They was$ 6:99 each They gave me $ 5:45 back because I did not have my receive So I loss one pajama I went and got two pajamas For the change the lady told me is $20:45 When got home I told my husband Something is wrong here At the end they took the paJamas I took to change Did not give me my $5:45 And I had to paid $20:45 For the other two I took I loss big time for two pajamas they was 6:99 each The lady did not know what she was doing....

This place have the worst Manager ever. She’s very rude and disrespectful I went there today and I bought a bag I asked this lady to give me another bag because I bought a bunch of stuff she said that she was not allowed don’t know why not if I am paying for it. Very nasty attitude. I used to love going there but this experience today made me feel so mad. She was just being lazy she didn’t want to go through my merchandise to put it on separate bags just because throwing everything in one bag was just more convenient for her 👎🏽👎🏽

So I am a regular customer at DD session West Colonial in here lately the cashiers are telling the customers to take their baskets back where they found them and in the past, this is never happened. They normally have an employee to do that job so what’s going on now we have customers, have to go in do our shopping, pay for the clothing, now we have to do the employees work. This is ridiculous.
