Gentle dish soap that's tough on grease and other messes. It only takes a small amount on a sponge to clean up a dinner's-worth of dishes. There's something about it being clear that I really - it seems lighter and more natural. It doesn't dry out my hands, either. The lemon scent is pleasant and not overpowering. You can even put a few drops in a spray bottle with water to make your own counter cleaner. Very good stuff.
