I really enjoy these sunflower seeds when I want a quick snack that’s crunchy and satisfying. They have a nice roasted flavor with just the right amount of salt. I’ve noticed that they can keep me full longer than other snacks and are always fresh.

My family loves pumpkin seeds. They are a perfect daily snack. I can never find multiple bags. maybe 1 or 2 if I’m lucky at gas stations. I found them in bulk on Amazon.
