These are the best seeds out. Have a slice and rich flavor with a package that can be opened and re used with ziplock top. They can be on the more spicy side so be prepared. I enjoyed the bag of seeds and will definitely be getting more regularly.

One of my favorite snacks are nuts and seeds. For seeds I like to go for sunflower the most and I always get the David brand. They are a really great snack. I also love anything spicy so I tried the jalapeño hot salsa and I thought it was really good. I would get them again.
