Estos protectores son buenísimos te ayudan mucho cuando haces ejercicio te protegen tanto las manos como las muñecas el rato de dar golpes en el cuchimbolo son fáciles de ponertelas te las recomiendo además son muy económicas así q ya sabes has ejercicio poniendotelas para proteger tus manos

I'm a boxer since I was a young kid .. These are good gloves for shadow boxing but I don't really find any use in them I prefer to carry heavy weights or a chest vest .. And weights
