21 gains is an powerhouse . this bread i use it for my breakfast but you can use it as a snack too. tgis bras has become a staple in my kitchen. tastes great with the sunflower and other grains. when i toast it the bread aroma is super! i like it a little toasty because of the thickness of the slices. i also eat it with guacamole which makes it soft and perfect evening snack! it is soft too but not too hard. i love it folks! i buy it from costco which has 2 pack.
