This is a great product. I tried their detangling cream before it it was good. But I was pleasantly surprise by the cleansing water. It cleared my scalp of product and flakes. It was easy to use. You just wet your hair and apply it between your braids and it was easy to wash out. The product doesn't come out thick. It has a watery consistency and it had a nice light smell.

I really like the cleansing water as a regular shampoo, but not sure if I would use it for a protective styles it was kind of watery and It lathers well but I feel like it made my braids fuzzy.

I love it. I used it a few times and I thought I didn’t like it. I used it 3 days after I washed my hair which didn’t make much sense. The scent is light and refreshing. It amazed me when I used it to remove lace glue residue left on my edges AND the lace glue residue on my wig. I’ll definitely be keeping this on hand. It’s a must have for lace wig wearers.
