I use this spray at least once a week before adding heat to my hair. It really protects my hair. I have noticed less damage.

I love this dark and lovely blow out heat shield hair primer spray I've used it with all of the other blow out products from Dark and Lovely and in combination with all of them it does amazing work I like to plan on my hair not a lot but when I do I always want to make sure that it is protected from the heat setting that I put it on this did not make my hair burn or Sizzle it kept of Wonderful smell and a radiant shine and got by their the perfect silk press.

I used this as heat protectant to straighten my hair out and clip the ends, but it didn’t really do its job at all.
