My doctor recommended this yogurt above all her others, because in has zero fat, and zero added sugar. It’s good but slightly chalky.

I always buy these Oikos greek yogurts at Costco. It’s super affordable for 24 yogurts. My favourite flavours are this cherry one and the key lime. They are super creamy, thick & taste amazing. It’s hard not to eat just one. Honestly I prefer greek yogurt over regular after eating these for so many years. Great quick snack or addition to lunches, smoothies or smoothie bowls. Full of protein and fills you up.

My favorite yogurt, I get these in a 6-pack, they have fruit on the bottom and rich creamy yogurt on top. As standalone the yogurt is great so you don't need to mix it with the fruit but it does add the extra flavour.
