Absolutely love this butter. It has a delicious flavor profile and spreads well at room temperature. The texture is smooth and creamy and I love adding this to bread or pasta.

If I could give this butter 10 stars I would. It’s so creamy and fresh tasting. I’m my area it’s only sold at Albertsons. I always stick up when it goes on sale.

This butter has a very strong consistency and you need to use a little force to get your knife through the stick. The color is a very faint yellow, or off white…not bright yellow. When you put it into the (hot) frying pan, it seems to release a lot of water out and that bubbles and spits in the pan which can lead to splatter burns. I try to use it more to flavor things because of that than in anything that will heat up. The flavor is very mild and slightly salted.
