Danessa Myricks does so many things right and better than her peers that when she releases a dud product, it's that much more of a tragedy. This serum foundation is a mess. It is so pigmented that it's almost impossible to sheer out at all, leaving behind an incredibly unnatural, flat, mask-like finish. I had to use two rounds of cleansing oil to get every bit of it off. It looks flat and somehow greasy all at the same time - I've honestly never seen anything like it. I'm so glad I got to try it in a sample pack and didn't spend money on it because this might have unseated NARS for the worst foundation I've ever tried.
If you're new to the brand, try her Vision Flush or Colorfix lines, but skip the complexion products altogether.
