This was my first time trying Daiya cheese pizza, I personally wouldn’t have chose the plain cheese pizza, but it’s what was bought for me. So I chose to spice it up a-bit, I added some toppings. But it was so nice to be able to eat a pizza without my stomach hurting or feeling sick. I truly loved this pizza, it was crispy, and not falling apart (durable) and easy to make, the cheese pull was also amazing, I wouldn’t say there’s any consistency issues, truly an amazing alternative for people who are lactose intolerant. The meal itself is affordable, I truly will be buying more of these, and would highly recommend to anyone who also has issues with being lactose intolerant.

I’m a huge pizza lover and gluten free is super important to me. I’m also lactose intolerant. This pizza was fine. The flavor wasn’t up to normal pizza standards. The cheese didn’t taste like cheese, more like a bland texture. BUT if you add some spices to it like garlic or add Turkey pepperoni… helps a lot!

It’s all in how you cook it! I advise not to put it on the cookie sheet or pan just the oven rack to get it crispy on the bottom and milky on the top! If you keep your eye on it while it’s cooking, it’s a delicious pizza!
