It is rare to find a dairy free cheese that I enjoy but this is one of them! I thought this was far superior to the main brand I had previously tried. The flavor is good and the mozzarella melted well when making macaroni and cheese.

When opening the package and feeling the shreds, they are thick and stiff. After cooking they did shrink down a little and when mixed in with the warm food, they actually melt well. When mixed with pasta sauce I didn’t even taste a huge difference and wouldn’t have even known they were dairy free. Most of these cheeses have a weird taste and don’t melt well, but I was impressed with this one!

For a dairy free option, this was a close replication of normal cheese containing diary! It melted up great and had a smooth texture. The mozzarella taste was delicious and I barely noticed a difference!
