I love this conditioner. I use it after the recommended shampoo in this brands line. I have thin and fine hair, and this does not weight down my hair which is surprising to me. Instructions say to put this on the scalp and I was hesitant since that would usually make my hair oily quickly and have flat hair. However, this product is very hydrating to the scalp without being overly oily. I am able to go a few days between washes. I enjoy this product, the scent is nice as well. My hair always feels smooth and shiny after. No tangles or knots after as well. I recommend trying it
