I received this in a full size bottle. I hadn’t tried this one but I’ve bought other liquid vitamins from Thai brand. This one specifically helps with bone support. It did have a flavor and after taste

I really liked how easy it was to incorporate these vitamins to my routine. Not sure if I’ve seen a difference while using this but I like the ingredient list.

I tried and finished this supplement, while I like the product overall, I haven't noticed a significant difference in my health. The convenience of the liquid format is great, and I appreciate the quality, but I'm yet to experience the benefits like improved energy or mood. Nonetheless, I'll continue using it in hopes of long-term benefits.
