Beautiful, bold cheese. So much flavor with a creamy finish. You can eat this with nearly anything but paired with almonds and pepper jelly is our favorite! Try this cheese!!!!

This is one of my favorite cheeses and was THE cheese that got me into gourmet cheese. Now I can’t imagine life without cheese! This is creamy, has an incredible flavor, is really pretty and is an awesome addition to a cheese board or with all Rea wine! Obsessed 🤩

This is one of those "if you know - you know" kind of cheeses. If you like goat cheese and are looking to venture into some fancier stuff, I highly recommend this. The funkiness is nice and mild and you get a different flavors and textures due to the different ages of the cheese in the wheel.
