I buy these shower vapor tabs at CVS , usually during fall and winter season. They come in 2 different flavors : eucalyptus and lavender. Lavender is my favorite. Very mild, soothing , comforting scent. The tablets are effervescent and react with in your shower to release non-medicated vapors .This temporary comfort turns your shower into a refreshing reprieve, especially during cold and allergy season.

I like to use these when I have a cold. You just use it when you take a shower. Once the water hits it, it starts working. This works great. Would definitely recommend.
