It’s exactly like liquid IV just the CVS brand if you’re someone who uses liquid IV often I’d recommend giving the CVS brand a try as it contains all the same ingredients as liquid IV, but for refraction of the cost

Great product to help with vitamins and electrolytes. I liked the flavor. I like taking the packets for on the go hydration. It was a little difficult to mix but eventually mixed fine.

i'm not sure what i thought this was going to be but it was just powered gatorade. the flavor was nice, a little artificial but that is to be expected with a product like this. i drank it a lot in the summer while on the beach and it did help me from getting too dehydrated. as simple as it is i would actually repurchase with my own money and i even recommended it to people know.
